Conault Design was set up in 1990 and works primarily in the licensed and leisure industry. We have worked for most of the major players but we specialise in working for small operators providing tailor made one off designs for small chains, groups and individuals.

A Complete Service

Conault Design will draw up a detailed design and specification. We obtain planning consent, listed building and conservation area consent (where required), advertisement consent and building regulation approval and we will put the project out to tender. We also ensure the specification is DDA compliant (or exempt) and where required we check that the specification meets the required AA, RAC or English Tourist Board rating and we will also register your premises with the local authority Environmental Health department and we will even obtain your PRS, PPL and VPL licence for music and video.

We also offer a design and build option with our partners Target One Limited who have their own joinery workshop based in Cheltenham so you can have the peace of mind of a design and build contract with a highly professional building and joinery team working in conjunction with us to provide you with the best in design.
